How to return
- Email snowfallstarshop@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and checked, we refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Conditions
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Under UK consumer law you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
