This website is operated by Snowfall Star. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Snowfall Star. By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
We take care to show our products and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration; projection appearance depends on room size and darkness. Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you order.
2. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel a paid order you will be fully refunded.
3. Offers and discount codes
Promotions run for the dates stated. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and unless stated cannot be combined with other offers.
4. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Use of the product
For indoor use only. Follow the safety information supplied. Do not look directly into the light source.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
