Shipping Policy
We offer FREE tracked delivery to the UK and worldwide.
- Order processing: 1–3 working days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- Worldwide: 10–20 working days

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at peak times. For Christmas delivery we recommend ordering by 8 December (UK) and 1 December (worldwide).
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
If your tracking has not updated for 10 working days, or your order has not arrived within 30 working days, email snowfallstarshop@gmail.com and we will help.
