Refund Policy
Snowfall Star offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To start a return, email snowfallstarshop@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or faulty items: if your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds: once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take extra time to show the refund.
Cancellation rights: if you are in the UK or EU you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under consumer law, without giving a reason.
